User Privacy Choices

Your privacy choices in Tina

Tina gives you control over optional analytics, account deletion, guardian sharing, and direct privacy requests. This page explains the choices currently available.

Last updated: March 22, 2026

Delete your account

You can delete your Tina account directly in the app from Settings. This removes the associated local and backend account data, including synced entries, guardian links, guardian invites, and active refresh tokens, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Manage analytics

In-app analytics are optional and stay off until you opt in. You can turn analytics on or off during onboarding or later in Settings. If you withdraw consent, Tina stops sending new in-app analytics events from that device.

Manage guardian sharing

If you use guardian features, you can revoke guardian access in the app. Linked guardians only see shared trend summaries and limited identifiers needed to manage the link, not private notes or full raw logs.

Manage notifications

You can turn reminder-related notification preferences on or off in Tina. You can also control system notification permissions from your device settings.

Request access, correction, or deletion

If you want to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your Tina account, you can submit a request online or contact us directly:
