Acceptance of These Terms By creating an account, visiting the Tina website, or using Tina, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Tina. 2. Eligibility Tina is intended for users aged 13 and older. If Tina's onboarding flow requires guardian approval for your selected country or region, you may only use Tina after that approval is completed. You may not use Tina if you are under 13. 3. What Tina Does Tina is a personal tracking and reflection tool. Depending on the features you use, Tina lets you: - track brace wear time - log pain, discomfort, sleep, mood, and physio activity - keep personal notes and journal history - generate trend summaries and selected exports from user-entered information - optionally link a guardian account for shared trend summaries - optionally share in-app analytics to help improve Tina 4. Tina Is Not Medical Advice or a Medical Device Tina does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Tina is not a medical device and does not monitor you in real time. Tina does not replace advice from a doctor, orthotist, physiotherapist, or other qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on Tina to make emergency, diagnostic, or treatment decisions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact a qualified medical professional or emergency services immediately. 5. Accounts and Sign-In You need an account to use most Tina features. Tina currently supports sign-in through approved identity providers, including Google and Apple. You agree to: - provide accurate information where Tina asks for it - keep access to your sign-in method secure - not let someone else use your account as you - tell us if you believe your account has been compromised - understand that Tina is currently intended for one person on one device at a time You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the law says otherwise. 6. Guardian Features Tina includes optional guardian-consent and guardian-linking features. If you send a guardian invite, create a guardian code, or claim a guardian code, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Guardian access in Tina is limited to the guardian experience made available in the app. It is intended for brace-relevant summaries, not private notes or full raw logs. Guardian links can be revoked through Tina's settings when that feature is available to the wearer. 7. Your Content You keep ownership of the content you enter into Tina. You give us a limited licence to host, store, sync, process, and display that content only as needed to operate Tina and the features you choose to use. 8. Exports and Sharing Tina may let you export reports, notes, or guardian codes. If you choose to share exported files or codes, you are responsible for who you share them with and what happens after they leave Tina. 9. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - use Tina for unlawful or harmful purposes - try to access another user's account or data without permission - interfere with Tina, reverse engineer it, or attempt to bypass security controls - upload malicious code or abuse the service We may suspend or limit access if these Terms are violated or if we reasonably believe Tina or its users are at risk. 10. Intellectual Property The Tina app, website, branding, designs, software, and content we provide are owned by Roxana Popescu or used with permission. These Terms do not give you ownership of Tina itself. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Tina except as allowed by law or with our permission. 11. Availability and Changes We may update, change, or discontinue parts of Tina from time to time. We do not promise that Tina will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continuing to use Tina after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. 12. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion You can stop using Tina at any time and delete your account from the app. Signing out ends your session but does not automatically clear data already stored on that device. If you delete local app data, delete the app, or delete your account, some or all of your content may be permanently lost if cloud restoration is not available for that content at that time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse Tina, or create legal or security risk for Tina or other users. 13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tina is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for: - medical decisions made using Tina - inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information entered by users - losses caused by sharing exports, reports, or guardian codes with other people - interruptions, bugs, or downtime outside our reasonable control - disputes between wearers, guardians, or other third parties Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. 14.
